In this collaboration with horses, humans and horses share their presence and wisdom, leading to a shared space of renewal for both species. We learn from the horses how to be in healthier relationships, how to honor oneself and others, and why it is so important to choose connection over isolation.
Healing with Horses: An Experiential Workshop is a unique collaboration between horses and humans. No previous horse experience needed. This workshop does not involve riding horses and all activities will take place on the ground.
Facilitated by Licensed Therapist, Chelsea Green, LPC.
Chelsea utilizes her clinical experience as a couples and family therapist, an equine professional trained in systemic constellations (also called family constellations), and 13+ years of mindfulness meditation and group facilitation to curate an engaging and grounded exploration of what it means to be in healthy relationship.
Workshop participants must wear close-toed shoes for safety to be in close proximity to horses. Participants can choose to enter the field or remain outside of the fence based on individual comfort level.
You may bring a camping chair or blanket to sit on, and any other comfort items for outdoor activities (ex. sunscreen, hat, bug spray, sunglasses).
Please bring your own water bottles and snacks for the day!
