The Town of Jonesborough is thrilled to announce the return of Christmas at Lincoln Park, a festive community tradition hosted in partnership between The Jonesborough Senior Center and the Parks and Recreation Department. Now in its second year, this special event will fill the park with holiday magic and beautifully lit trees throughout the season.
Individuals, families, local businesses, and organizations are invited to sponsor a tree to decorate. Each tree is $200, including the cost of the tree, lights, and installation. The trees will be on display for the public to enjoy from December 5 through January 3. A portion of each tree sponsorship directly supports the Benevolence Fund at the Jonesborough Senior Center, helping meet the essential needs of local seniors throughout the year.

The Tree Lighting Ceremony at Lincoln Park will be held on Friday, December 5, at 6 p.m., at 307 East Main Street, Jonesborough, TN, just behind the Senior Center. This free community celebration will include Christmas carols, pictures with Santa Claus, free s’mores by the fire, complimentary coffee, and hot chocolate.
Bring the whole family and join us for a joyful night of music, lights, and holiday cheer as we kick off the Christmas season in Jonesborough.
