In this practice, you'll use blankets and bolsters to be comfortable as you're guided through a REST practice, Yoga Nidra and journaling.
 
Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice for deep rest and renewal. It helps you receive much needed physical and mental rest simply by following prompts for breath sensing, body sensing, and guided imagery.

All there is to do is lie down or sit, listen, and receive the physical rest you need. It helps ease your body and nervous system back into harmony, offering the non-active time needed for true rejuvenation.
 
Your deepest rest is your most powerful act of self-love, helping you reclaim your inner light, intuition, and reconnection with yourself.
