SheForce is excited to welcome back Dr. Zenobia Tantra for an informative workshop focused on cultivating wellness from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore the healing power of acupressure and energy points, combined with breathwork and gentle yoga movements to support balance and renewal. Dr. Zenobia will also introduce the chakras, helping us understand how energy flows through the body and how we can nurture our own well-being.

✨ Dr. Zenobia will be joining us via Zoom on this day, and participants are welcome to attend either in person at the Veteran Wellness & Recreation Center or virtually on Zoom.

Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to deepen your knowledge, this interactive session offers practical tools to bring harmony and healing into everyday life.
