3. DATE & PLACE
The Championship will be held on 2nd Nov – 6th Dec 2019 in UTM, Johor. The exact period is subject to change, depending on the number of participating teams.
3.1. Accommodation & Hall

All participants must arrive on 01st Dec 2019 before 2.00 pm and report at the Competition Secretariat

4.1. The Championship is reserved for MAVA affiliates whose financial obligations with MAVA are in good order.
4.2. Only one boy’s team and one girl’s team per Affiliate may participate.
4.3.A team is composed of 17 persons (Manager, Coach, Asst. Coach, Referee, Trainer/Chaperon + 12 players). Teams who fail to send referee(s) for whatever reasons will have to pay to the organiser RM 1000.00 per team for the replacement. The name of the referee must be included in the 02- form.
5.ELIGIBILITY OF PLAYERS ( MAVA Sports Regulation Chapter 1 )
5.1.Players must be Malaysian Citizen or of Permanent Residence status.
5.2. Only players born on or after 1st January 2003 are eligible to participate. Age control shall be conducted by the Control Committee members upon arrival. Players Identity Card must be produced.
5.3 Player from the state of origin
The state affiliate which is the first to enroll the player with the National Senior or Junior championship is considered to be the State of Origin regardless of the player place of birth.
