What to Expect

Participants will move through a dynamic and structured training session that includes:

A challenging Tabata warm-up

A 20-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout

Three EMOM intervals (Every Minute on the Minute)

And a final running loop to finish strong

This boot camp experience focuses on teamwork, mental toughness, and full-body training in a motivating, high-energy environment.
