 These 90 minute sessions blend yoga, mindful movement games, storytelling and creative crafts a perfect way for kids to recharge during the holidays. 
Recommended ages are 4 - 10 

*Monday 12/22 - winter wonderland yoga, a cozy snow inspired yoga adventure with mindful movement, seasonal games, story time, and a winter craft to take home.

* Monday 12/29 - New Year's Adventure Yoga, kids will close out the year with movement breath, work, reflective, storytelling, intention, setting and a creative New Year's craft. 

Cost is $30 for one session or $50 for both. Space is limited pre-registration is required. To reserve a spot call Nacole 518-774-4957
