Typically braided into loaves or rings. Learning objectives include ingredients and recipe•	The raising process•	Flavoring (Anis, Vanilla, Almond, Citrus)•	Shaping the loaves•	Baking •	Icing and decoratingSince easter occurs early in April – what you learn at our March class can be used to make your own bread for the easter holiday.  Dazzle your friends and be a hit at any Sunday Easter Dinner when you show up with a loaf of easter bread.  It also makes a great Easter Gift.
