Come experience everything the Y has to offer — all in one exciting afternoon! Whether you’re a longtime member, new to the area, or just curious about what happens inside our doors, this is your chance to try it all. Enjoy complimentary group exercise classes, wellness challenges, pool activities, swim assessments, and more.
A waiver is required for all non-member participants and must be completed upon arrival at the Welcome Center. Standard facility guidelines apply. (Children ages 13+ may participate in activities without a parent but parents should come in to sign the waiver for their child to participate before teen proceeds into the facility).

Pool Schedule
11:15–11:45 AM | Parent & Me Splash Time
A gentle, playful introduction to the water for little ones and their grown-ups. Experience water acclimation skills and preview our Parent/Child Swim Lessons.
11:45 AM–12:15 PM | Aqua Tabata with Zara
High-energy, low-impact cardio and strength intervals.
(2 lap lanes remain available.)
12:15–12:45 PM | Aqua Fit with Val
Full-body aquatic fitness focused on strength, mobility, and endurance.
(2 lap lanes remain available.)
1:00–2:00 PM | Swim Assessments
Have your child assessed for proper swim lesson placement beginning March 2.
Open swim available during this time.
Sports Schedule
11:15–11:45 AM | Basketball Preview Session
Participants will go over foundational basketball skills and take part in fun, engaging games that highlight teamwork, movement, and confidence-building in a positive environment.
11:45 AM–12:15 PM | Soccer Preview Session
This session will introduce core soccer skills through interactive activities and fun games designed to keep everyone active and excited about the sport.
12:15–12:45 PM | Floor Hockey Preview Session
Participants will explore basic floor hockey skills and enjoy upbeat games that promote coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
12:45–1:15 PM | Tennis Preview Session
Athletes will review fundamental tennis skills and participate in enjoyable games that provide a welcoming introduction to the sport.
1:15–2:00 PM | Open Gym
Families are invited to stay and enjoy open play time. Participants can revisit their favorite sport, practice skills, and explore the space in a relaxed, supervised setting.
