Milk & Cookies Breastfeeding Peer Support Group

Join Dunebrook Wednesday, March 11th from 10am - 12pm at Health Foundation of LaPorte!

Dunebrook's Milk & Cookies Breastfeeding Peer Support Group is a low-key, judgment-free breastfeeding peer-support group and playdate for all lactating parents and their littles facilitated by Breastfeeding Support Coordinator Ebony & Certified Breastfeeding Specialists from Dunebrook's Healthy Families Program.

March’s Milk & Cookies invites you to pause and breathe. Together we’ll check in, explore gentle ways to release stress, and practice a simple mind-body journaling activity with Heather from Family Support Collaborative. This month is about self-regulation, grounding, and caring for yourself as you care for your baby. As always, we’ll hold space for breastfeeding questions, challenges, celebrations, and connection.
