And, it will be run by two Licensed Mental Health Counselors with 20+ years experience between them to provide professional support and perspectives for the group.

In this group, teens can:

• Understand gaming habits and triggers
• Learn strategies for managing stress and emotions
• Build social and communication skills
• Strengthen confidence and healthy routines
• Create more balance between gaming and everyday life

This isn't about taking away what you enjoy — it's about helping you stay in control instead of feeling like gaming is controlling you.
