As the daylight hours grow, we will soon cross over the Chinese New Year into the year of the Fire Horse. What do you want to release…to make space for what is emergent in the year ahead? 

Allow the waves of soothing sounds to calm mental chatter, regulate your nervous system and release stuck emotions so you can connect with the light within you, hear the whispers of your heart, and give attention to what wants to be born through you in 2026.

The experience may include singing bowls, vocal toning, chimes, bells, drum, rattle, healing songs and more—all supporting you to release, rejuvenate and prepare for the fast-paced year of change we are entering!

If you plan to attend… 
Cozy comfort is important to be able to relax deeply and experience the full benefits of this session. That means: good soft padding under you, a blanket or sleeping bag for warmth, and pillows/cushions as desired. There are yoga mats, bolsters and some yoga blankets in the space, however you may want to bring some of your own props. A confirmation email and reminder about what to bring will be sent a few days in advance to those who sign up.
