Soul Reset

Every Fall, we host a one-day women's retreat with amazing, inspirational speakers and activities. The Soul Reset takes place Saturday, November 8th and the theme is something we can all use: resilience and joy. Experts on the enneagram, vagus nerve, somatic balance and soulful space will help reconnect you to your inner wisdom. There's a sing-along with soulful Austin favorite Ange K and a Bollywood dance lesson (new to us, too!), to infuse you with joy!
