We are so excited to announce Coming Home: Postpartum Prep for the 4th Trimester, a workshop from Dr. Noelle Eads of Empassion Pelvic Health and Chelsey Taylor, CLD of High Country Doulas.

Because here is the truth: most people spend months preparing for labor and delivery and very little time preparing for what happens after the baby arrives. The healing, the exhaustion, the emotions, the logistics, the relationships, the recovery... all of it deserves a plan too.

This workshop covers all of it. What is actually happening in your body in those early days. The 5-5-5 Rule and what it really means. How to set up your home, your support system, and your postpartum game plan before baby gets here. Mental health, nutrition, sleep, returning to movement and intimacy, belly binding, and so much more.

This is the class we wish every expecting mom could take before she comes home from the hospital.
