ARRIVAL:
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before start time. The class begins promptly at the scheduled time to ensure you enjoy the full experience.
Example: For a 7–9 PM party, guests should arrive between 6:30–6:45 PM.
LATE POLICY:
If you arrive late, you may not be able to join the class and your payment will be forfeited.

Bring your own snacks and beverages! Coolers are welcome.
If you plan to bring alcohol, please note: guests must be 21+ to consume.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in store credit only.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Private Parties:
Our 72-hour cancellation policy applies.
Canceling with more than 72 hours’ notice = full refund.
Canceling within 72 hours = store credit may be issued.
No-shows without contact will not receive a refund or credit.
