We know many boys and family members will have prior commitments or travelling down to DHS fixture on the same weekend as the Old Eds run.

Matthew & Me is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by partnering with psychologists to provide expert guidance, arranging informative talks to raise awareness and foster understanding, and equipping educators and sports coaches with emotional education tools. Through these initiatives, we aim to create safer spaces for teens to share their struggles, cultivate a community that prioritizes mental health, and empower those in key roles to better support the challenges young people face.
