In trio form, his sound is concentrated and immediate: three musicians in dialogue, each line fully present.

His work traces ancestry and generational displacement, shaped by early encounters with melodic recitation in his grandfather’s living room. Projects such as Otherness explore the meeting points between Ghoema and swing, where tradition and improvisation intersect.
