Robert Silber z Hawaie zavítá po letech opět do České Republiky!
V bezpečné a důvěryhodné atmosféře se naučíš rozlišovat, co skutečně chceš, od toho, co vychází z tlaku okolí nebo ze strachu. Objevíš, jak přijmout svou pravdu a žít v souladu s ní.
Součástí programu je i odpočinek, vnitřní reflexe, psaní a sdílení prožitků, které ti pomohou přenést zkušenosti do každodenního života.

Zaměřovat se budeme na tři hlavní oblasti:

Prostřednictvím meditací a rituálů se naučíš lépe vnímat své tělo, pocity a smyslové prožitky.

Poznáš, jak lépe rozumět svým emocím, potřebám a hranicím – a jak s nimi vědomě pracovat.
🔥 Vědomá komunikace
Procvičíš si otevřenou zpětnou vazbu, společné rozhodování a rozpoznávání vlastních přání v kontaktu s ostatními.
Tento retreat se koná v anglickém jazyce s překladem do češtiny.

You are warmly invited to a retreat with this excellent Hawaiian teacher and the Slovak guide Katika Kai.
In a safe and trusting environment, you will learn to distinguish what you truly want from what comes from external pressure or fear. You will discover how to embrace your truth and live in alignment with it.
The program also includes rest, inner reflection, writing, and sharing experiences that will help you bring these insights into everyday life.

You will practice open feedback, joint decision-making, and recognizing your own desires in contact with others.
