In this training, you will be equipped with a variety of tools to identify and support those in a mental health crisis, including how to use the Question, Persuade, Refer method. It will teach you how to have meaningful conversations and how to take action if you think someone is suicidal.

This training is for anyone. You never know when someone in your life will be struggling with mental health and will need your support. Please consider attending.
