FLEX Foundations is a total-body strength class designed to help you build confidence, proper form, and a strong foundation you can carry into all of our classes for 2026.
Each Pop Up FLEX Foundations class is thoughtfully broken into four focused segments:
15 minutes upper body
15 minutes lower body
15 minutes core training
15 minutes of mobility and stretching
Theresa will guide you through correct technique, alignment, and modifications so you feel supported and confident in all of our classes every step of the way.
FLEX Foundations is ideal if you're new to strength training, returning after time off, or looking to refine your fundamentals while improving flexibility and overall strength. You'll leave feeling stronger, more empowered - with tools and a workout you can use both in class and at home.
