That’s why I create spaces like this: evenings where you can simply rest. On Wednesday, Sep 27 at 19:30, join me for Deep Rest Meditation & Sound Healing . Together, we’ll slow down through Yoga Nidra, gentle breathwork, and the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and voice.

You don’t need to bring anything except yourself. Just lie down, let go, and give your body and soul what they’re craving.
