The full moon in May corresponds with the wildflower blooms at this time of year, hence the name "Flower" moon.   

Before the full moon rise we shall stroll along the coastal path of Grouville Bay, taking in the natural beauty along the way.
Sand loving and salt tolerant wildflowers grow in abundance and we may even find Pyramidal Orchids if our timing is right!
Seabirds are in abundance and even Green Lizard call this area home.
Twilight brings a magical feeling to the east coast, and as the sun sets behind us we shall look east for the full moon rising over the French coast.

As always, we are hoping for a clear sky and gentle winds!

Please meet us at the middle steps in Long Beach car park at 18.45 for a prompt 19.00 start.
