Dancing regularly — especially in a space that’s free, mostly unstructured, and welcoming — has incredible benefits for our wellbeing (see a non-conclusive list below!). . Our dance space is a place where energy moves and shifts without needing to be fixed. Over time, ecstatic dance builds a sense of trust in our own instincts, and a kind of steadiness that comes from feeling at home inside. Ecstatic dance can be a reset, a release, or just a place to be real — no performance, no pressure. Just movement, presence, and breath. . Soul Groove Mondays has been created to support something new emerging - a growing tribe of dance facilitators in a time of big meaningful shifts in consciousness. Here, others are invited to step into holding, share a playlist, or simply grow in confidence as part of a wider cooperative dance and embodiment movement. . There are also a handful of spaces allocated to each session at a reduced/concession rate for those who are low wage earners or unemployed. .
