📍LOCATION: Starting at Longbeach

A trail run across Jersey's Ramsar intertidal zone, from Longbeach to Seymour Tower and back via Seymour Slip. Expect uneven terrain, gullies, and wet feet!

A beach run from Longbeach to Seymour Slip and back. 

🚶‍➡️ SEYMOUR STROLL 6km 
A leisurely beach walk along the Royal Bay of Grouville. 

🏅Receive your well deserved finisher's medal at the end. And the best part? That warm feeling of knowing every step helped support a charity! 🥰
