“Operation Hardtack 28” at Strongpoint Corbiere

Following our popular on-location Operation Hardtack 28 living history event at the Wolf’s Lair last month, we will once again be portraying British commandos at Strongpoint Corbiere this Sunday!

Supporting our friends from the Channel Islands Occupation Society (CIOS) at their bunker opening, this is a great opportunity to see authentic British commando equipment, uniforms and weapons - and learn about the only commando raid on Jersey during the Second World War - all while getting to explore a superbly restored German bunker complex!*

Admission to Strongpoint Corbiere is £10 for adults, and free for under 16s and CIOS members. All funds directly support the CIOS’ volunteers in continuing their important mission in preserving Jersey’s German fortifications and Occupation heritage.
