As always, this ride is aimed at those who are wanting to race this season and/or make strong improvements to their current level, we regret this isn't for total newbies.

To help keep the group cohesive we would recommend any "weaker" riders are on their road/race bikes as we won't be able to guarantee keeping you with the group if you aren't on a suitable setup. Nobody gets left behind but please help us to help you by choosing the most appropriate equipment.
