My Intention is to hold a safe and gentle space for you to let go of stress in the body and mind and to find a deeper connection to yourSelf. As you relax into your Self you will notice tensions and painful emotions dissolve.
A safe and cosy space awaits you. Gentle, soothing music supports you as you settle in, with soft, dim lighting throughout. The class unfolds slowly and gently, supporting you to feel safe, held, and relaxed.
The Session At A Glance
🧡 Breath Awareness and breathing practice (20 mins)
🧡 A short embodied relaxation (5 mins)
🧡 Somatic yoga. Moving into gentle movement, as well as bringing in yin and restorative yoga practices (1 hour 15 mins)
🧡 Yoga Nidra (guided body relaxation) blended with Conscious Holding (45 mins)
🧡 Chai and homemade treats ( 30 mins)
DURATION – 3 hours which includes the chia and treats time
