The Christmas Light Switch-On Event and Santa’s Parade return for 2025 on Friday, 14th November.
Experience the official start of Christmas in St Helier.
The Christmas Village will be open to the general public from 5pm and will feature Christmas stalls around the Cenotaph, as well as live entertainment, food, and drink in Parade Gardens.
Live entertainment will begin at West’s Centre from 5pm as anticipation builds for the arrival of Santa’s sleigh! Enjoy performances from the new Yamaha Music School and appearance from the amazing Bubble Man (aka the Jersey Showman) from 5.30pm.
The parade will leave West’s Centre around 7pm, heading down the high street, turning at Charing Cross to pass in front of the Town Hall and into Parade Gardens. There will then be a family sing-along show on the main stage, followed by the main Switch On and firework display at Parade Gardens around 8pm.
