Better late than never but we are thrilled to announce our 2026 South Region Event & Dressage Rally Prep Clinic on March 21 and March 22 featuring two incredible clinicians:
* Lily Barlow: USDF Silver Medalist, 3-Star Eventer, and South Region Alumna.
* Mike Pendleton: 4-Star Eventer and former assistant to Boyd Martin and Michael Jung.

Open to all members of the horse community! All levels and riders welcomed. 

Ready to gear up for the spring season but want some fresh feedback and eyes on your riding beforehand? Come knock some dust off with some great instruction from quality while supporting the next generation through the United States Pony Club. 

Interested in eventing, dressage, or Pony Club, but not sure where to start?? Come give it a go in a welcoming, educational environment! Auditors welcomed and encouraged. Auditing is free but participation in the Lunch & Learn each day is $10/person. 

To support our South Region members during this Champs year, South Region Leadership is subsidizing 50% of lesson costs for current South Region Pony Club Members. 
* Member Price: $50/lesson (Regularly $100) + facility fees.
* Non-Member Price: $100/lesson + facility fees.
* A huge thank you to our leadership for investing in high-level education for our riders!

? Clinic Schedule & Locations
Friday, March 20 | Southern Bit Farm (Fayetteville, GA)
* Private Dressage with Lily Barlow (Limited availability).
* Cost: PC Member: $70 | Non-PC: $115 (Includes facility fee).
Saturday, March 21 | Southern Bit Farm (Fayetteville, GA)
* Sessions: Private Dressage (Lily) & Group Stadium Jumping/Conditioning (Mike).
* Amenities: Day/overnight stabling and ample trailer/auditor parking.
* Cost: PC Member: $70 | Non-PC: $115 (Includes facility fee).
Sunday, March 22 | Ashland Farms (Covington, GA)
* Sessions: Dressage (Full court) & Group XC (Amoeba through Novice/Training).
* Stadium groups may be added based on interest.
* Cost: PC Member: $100 | Non-PC: $150 (Includes facility fee).

? Lunch & Learn Sessions
Fuel your body and your brain! Join us for midday educational sessions:
* Saturday: Mount Conditioning + Q&A with Mike Pendleton.
* Sunday: The "Who, What, Where, When, & Why" of the Event Rally Vet Box with Joann Redmon.

This is the perfect chance to sharpen both your riding and your Horse Management skills before Rally and meet with other members in the region in a low-intensity environment. 

? Stabling & Logistics
* Overnight Stabling: Available Friday & Saturday at Southern Bit Farm ($15/stall) for those traveling between locations.
* Note: No stabling available at Ashland on Sunday.

? Registration & Payment
To secure the discounted rate, payment is due upon receipt of your invoice.
1. Register via JotForm.
2. Read through your registration email and look over your invoice. 
3. Pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Check (please indicate your preference on the form).
4. Load horses & proceed to have a great horse weekend.

* Priority: Pony Club and GDCTA members receive priority registration. Will fill other spots with non-members until full, then a waiting list will be started. 
* Requirements: Submit a separate JotForm for each horse/rider combination.
