Join the JCLC in unveiling the 2024 Adaptive Reuse Award bronze plaque mounted at 151 Bay Street in the Powerhouse Arts District. 👏 🛠️ This marker recognizes Toll Brothers City Living, Sculptor Real Estate and SLCE Architects for their monumental adaptive reuse of the concrete facade elevations of the former 1914-1915 warehouse annex of the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company.
