Soulful Sound Healing at Jericho Public Library NY

Enjoy a rich tapestry of sounds from Tibetan singing bowls, gentle rhythmic drumming, tuning forks, and various other instruments. Sound healing provides a unique and immersive experience that can help release tension and stress, allowing you to feel more balanced, harmonious and at peace.

For attendees who wish to lay along the floor during the sound bath, they are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow for their head, pillow for their legs, a night mast and light blanket. Chairs will also be provided.
