Winter Foraging Feast

Immerse yourself in the flavors of the Sonoma Coast through Chef Seadon Shouse's Winter Foraging Feast. Each of the four courses will be grounded in locally foraged produce, including seaweeds, huckleberries, boletes and other local wild mushrooms, black cod and wild greens.

Each course is paired with a local Sonoma wine.

Third Course with Croix Pinot

• Bodega Bay Black Cod
• Fermented Miso Broth, Periwinkles, Sea Lettuce, Nori, Matsutake

Dessert with Seadon's Sweet Vermouth

• Huckleberry and Candy Cap Mushroom Cheesecake
• Almond Candy Cap crust, local Huckleberries, Oxalis, Timber Cove Sea Salt
