Breastfeeding Basics - FREE Breast/Chestfeeding Class at Tree of Life Birth Center

Come learn how to get off to a good start with your breastfeeding journey and how to make it memorable in this FREE in-person class.

Perfect for expectant parents whether first time or many times, every pregnancy and baby are different!

This FREE 2 hour class includes information on:

-How does your body make milk

-How to achieve a comfortable pain-free latch

-How to hold and position the baby at the breast

-Myths about breast/chestfeeding

-Create a plan for when the baby arrives

-How can partners support your journey

Partners are encouraged to attend this fun and informative class.

This class is in-person at the Tree of Life Birth Center, 1214 Spring St., Jeffersonville, IN, 47130.

Open to ANYONE, no matter where you gave birth. Join us!
