What exactly IS “wild yeast”? Learn how to feed, store, and nurse your starter back to health. You will also learn when to use your starter for the best bread results.

If you have been wondering what all the Sourdough Hype is about, are already dabbling in bread making a bit, OR if you are an avid baker just struggling to keep your starter happy, this class is perfect for you.

Yourself & A Friend (If you have a starter already that you would like to salvage, bring it!)
