Set aside some time and space to decompress as we transition into a new season. In this half-day workshop, treat yourself to a deep stretch, mindset recalibration, and a nourishing plant-based brunch.
The celebration includes:
-A grounding tea ceremony to connect to the land
-60-minute group healing yoga practice focused on releasing stress and working through transitions
-A delicious, vegan community-cooked meal! Herbal tea will also be available throughout the day
-Self-care practices for the season, including acupuncture and journaling, embracing the yin energy of the new year
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable. A journal is highly recommended, however paper will also be provided.

She received her Masters in Acupuncture from Tai Sophia Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH)) in 2010, and her Doctorate in Acupuncture from MUIH in 2018. In 2024, Fox Haven will continue to pay $2 from every ticket sale to the Piscataway Land Trust as a LandBack tax for the land Fox Haven inhabits. Land taxes to indigenous nations function similarly to paying rent or a home mortgage. Payments such as a mortgage provide access to living space, whereas LandBack taxes recognize our access to stolen Indigenous land.
