Our amazing board member, Melanie wanted to help shine a light on the dogs who’ve been waiting the longest for homes. These are the loyal faces that have watched others come and go, still holding on to hope that their person will walk through the door.

Adoptions have been slow lately, and shelters everywhere are feeling the strain. Intake never stops, and the reality is that some of these wonderful dogs are now at risk simply because they’ve been waiting too long.

To give them the best possible chance, JPAWS staff will be at Jefferson Feed with several of their long-time residents, processing applications and introducing adopters to the dogs who need them most.

Jefferson SPCA is proud to host this event and support our friends at JPAWS as we work together to make sure every dog gets the happy ending they deserve.

Come meet some incredible dogs, learn their stories, and maybe even find the one you’ve been waiting for too.
