The workshop will take you through all the basics of sourdough making. Starter feeding and maintenance, all the steps to actually make the bread with visuals (dough at every stage of the process) so you know exactly what to look for when deciding if your dough is ready to go to the next step. It's a hands on workshop. Light refreshments will be provided. Each person takes home a jar of starter and two of my personal recipes. Class size is limited so reserve your spot soon! The class probably won't take that long but I want to make sure that I have plenty of time in case you have questions.
