Makeup for Magic: Ritual, Practice, Protection

Join Storm for a deep dive into Makeup for Magic! We will explore how everyday makeup can be used in daily practice and how more elaborate makeup can be used for Ritual. We’ll start by learning a brief history of the use of makeup symbolically with historic examples. We will then learn how everyday makeup can be done with magical intent. Finally, we will learn how more elaborate makeup can be purposefully used for Ritual. Throughout the class, there will be times to share how you already use makeup in your practice, or ask questions about how to achieve an intent using makeup. You do not have to have any skills with makeup to attend and all genders are welcome. You are welcome (but not required!) to bring whatever makeup you have to the class to try out ideas. I will show you how I utilize makeup in my practice, but everyone is encouraged to develop their own version.
