Soothing Reiki and Sound Journey

On this mid-December eve, let us come together and soak in the positive,calming vibrations of the Tibetan bowls,gongs,and drums -each sound infused with the deep well-being and healing Reiki energy.

As I play my calming instruments,Judy will move gracefully around the room ,offering Reiki healing to each soul. You will lie comfortably on your Matt, cozy beneath a blanket with an eye pillow ,allowing your body to fully relax.

Let the soothing sounds and healing touch help release the frustrations ,heaviness, and negative energies gathered over the past days ,weeks,and months . This is your time to restore ,reset,and nourish your body, mind and spirit
