About Community Bike Rides —
Our group rides are a fantastic way to meet new people and connect with those living around you. They are a safe and sociable way to exercise and explore bike-friendly streets in Jefferson City.

Our rides are led by certified cycling instructors David Bange and Jim Coleman. We ride in a "no drop" fashion and encourage cyclists of all abilities to participate. The routes we take range anywhere from 10-12 miles, and we try to maintain 7-8mph moving average. It's not uncommon we ride on City streets with close proximity to moving traffic.

Please look at the route closely to determine if it's within your level of comfort. If you have not ridden your bike in a while, please visit a local bike shop to make sure your shifting components and brakes are working properly.
