High School Sketch Day is an annual event that has been around since 1948! Each year, students of high school age from all over are invited to skip school and hit the streets of Jefferson City to spend the day sketching scenes from the city, drawing attention to architecture and the great art education in our community.

Simply register online: https://form.jotform.com/260475792311155

A representative from Capital Arts will deliver the illustration boards and tags to each school the Friday before. Homeschoolers can pick their boards up at Capital Arts the week before.

Students have 24 hours to complete their images. Boards must be turned into your teachers on Tuesday. Digital Artwork must be printed by student and mounted onto the drawing board.

Reception Information: Thursday, April 30 5pm - 6pm

Advanced - $200 1st Place | $150 2nd Place | $100 3rd Place
