Our Sound Bath went so well last year, we are doing it again! Join us Saturday, December 13th 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda. Bring a pillow, blanket, mat, eye wear, anything to get cozy! Instructed by Brenda from Century Farm by the lake! Come destress from the Holiday Season with us.
