Help us bring warmth, care, and community to Jefferson County families at the 2nd Annual Bundle Up & Pack Up! 💛
We’re looking for volunteers to help us prepare, pack, and distribute coats/hoodies, school supplies, and grocery boxes for families in need. Whether you can help us get ready the day before or join us for the big day, there’s a role for everyone!
📍 Location: Patriot Academy — 419 W Dumplin Valley Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725
Volunteer Opportunities:
🚛 Friday, January 2 | 11 AM – 3 PM
Event Set-Up – Help us unload supplies, organize stations, and get everything ready for distribution day.
🎁 Saturday, January 3 | Event Day
Shift 1: 9 AM – 1 PM — Pack grocery boxes and prepare for families arriving for pickup.
Shift 2: 12 PM – 4 PM — Distribute items to families and assist with clean-up after the event.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes — we’ll provide all supplies and snacks. Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
