A class designed to set you up to feel confident exploring yoga classes inside or outside studios.
Andrea will guide you through - form in poses, common cues & breath-work.

15$ : a percentage of ticket sales will be donated to Sober DuCo - this inspiring facility provides workout classes for anyone in recovery and is open to the public. All instructors volunteer their time to this important need in the community. 🤍 come out and support!
