What to expect at a prerelease
Build & Battle Box: You will receive a box containing four Phantasmal Flames booster packs and a 40-card pre-constructed deck. You will also get one of four unique foil promo cards.
Deck building: You will use the cards in your box to build a 40-card deck to play with.
Tournament format: The tournament uses a 40-card deck and a limited number of prize cards, making for faster games than a standard 60-card deck.

Local game stores: Check with local game stores that host Pokémon events, as they are the most common locations for prereleases.
