Healthy Habits Workshop

Join us for an interactive program designed to show how the simple choices you make every day can add up to a lifetime of wellness. Led by exercise and nutrition professionals from Tri-County YMCA, this session combines practical strategies for eating well with realistic movement tips you can fit into any schedule. Each participant will receive a Fitness Watch that tracks blood pressure, sleep, number of steps per day, and more! Participants will have a chance to get their blood pressures checked by a healthcare professionals. Blood pressure monitors will be available to take home for individuals with high blood pressure. This free program is open to Dubois County residents, ages 10 and up. To make sure everyone has a chance to participate, we ask that each person signs up for just one session.
