Kalma Life offers the highest standards of a range of yoga and mindfulness classes for mums during the pre and post-natal period, babies and children in Sunderland Seaham and Washington.
Our award winning, fully inclusive classes provide a safe and welcoming environment for children and parents to practice yoga and mindfulness, and provide the tools and techniques to manage their own wellness emotionally and physically.

The first movements to a foundation of wellness lies with our Award Winning baby yoga classes. Devoted to aiding your baby’s development in a safe and stimulating environment.
Baby yoga helps aid better sleeping patterns, supports the digestive system and gives parents greater confidence.
Baby yoga sessions can be started after a health check, and have been designed for both parents and baby to experience yoga stretches and relaxation stretches together.
Our 45 minute sessions are engaging and educational, following the Early Years framework. Focusing on active yoga inspired stretches to music, song and rhyme along with sensory props, concluding with relaxation.
These sessions are held online via zoom. SIgning up to one class also gets you the pre recorded session sent to you each week of term to enjoy at home.
