We are so excited by what we have planned, we can't wait to share! Join us for a weekend of nurturing, packed with yoga, meditation, connection and much more, to awaken your inner radiance. During our time together we'll ...

* Practice heart opening and nourishing yoga, to leave you feeling nurtured and settled. 
* Experience deep relaxation.
* Come away with plenty of ideas of how to nurture yourself, so that you feel empowered and able to move forwards. 
* Rediscover unconditional self love with ancient techniques you might not be so familiar with, and new ways of working with old favourites.

Please note all the guaranteed ensuite single rooms are now booked. You may be in a twin room, and 2 are not ensuite (please get in touch if you need to know more). All meals included (full board). 
Early bird, payment in full by January 31st 2026, £350.
Payment after this date, price £375.
£100 non refundable deposit secures your place.
