Hosted by the Southeast Asian Organization (SAO)

We truly appreciate all the feedback and suggestions from the community. While we may not be able to accommodate every request due to facility, scheduling, and logistical limitations, our goal is to continue hosting a well-organized, competitive tournament that is fair, consistent, and sustainable year after year. We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we work within these constraints.  Official tournament details below.

📍 4 Indoor Courts | 🕗 Starts 8:00 AM
⏰ Target finish 7–8 PM (earlier if possible)

💵 FEES

Team Entry Fee(Volleyball): $250
Team Entry Fee(Basketball): $300

Security Deposit: $100 (Refundable)

⚠️ Both the TEAM ENTRY FEE and SECURITY DEPOSIT must be paid to be officially registered.

🏀 Basketball FORMAT

• 5v5 
• 8 Team Cap
• 2 seeded games
• Single elimination playoff bracket

🧩 Volleyball FORMAT

• 8 Men | 16 Women
• Minimum 4 matches guaranteed
• Pool play → Single-elimination playoffs
• Playoffs = Best 2 out of 3

🏐 RULES HIGHLIGHTS

• Played under Hmong Volleyball rules
• Rally scoring
• Max 2 non-Asian players on court

Must include:
• Team Captain name
• Contact info (phone number & email)
• Team name
• Full team roster

Payment can be made via Venmo or Cash App

❗ If your team does not show up, BOTH the ENTRY FEE and SECURITY DEPOSIT are non-refundable.
❗ After March 31st, the entry fee is non-refundable.
