Healthy Living Support Group

Join our exceptional team as they host this FREE support group for community members who are facing a variety of health challenges (or are caregivers to loved ones who are). All are welcome. Support Group occurs in the Level G conference rooms.

This month’s topic is: All About Fat with Kerri Reed, MS, RCEP (Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist). Kerri will discuss the differences in dietary fats and how to incorporate the healthy fats into your diet.
